So we have our first Brett Favre news of the NFL off season. According to ESPN's Ed Werder reports today that the 40 year old future hall of fame quarterback requires ankle surgery to play for the Minnesota Vikings in the upcoming NFL season. The injury was suffered three months ago in the NFC Championship game where the Vikings lost to the eventual Super Bowl Champion New Orleans Saints.
As the "Favre Watch" enters the fifth off season where we all await the decision of a legend in the history of the NFL, this soap opera must end as soon as possible.
